About You

What do I need to be a successful Barista at The Coffee Cottage?

Have at least one year of experience as a Barista (preferred)
Must have experience in preparing espresso/tea flavoured drinks and be able to follow recipes and adhere to beverage standards at all times
Ability to follow opening and closing procedures
Accurately handle cash and balancing of daily till
Accurately and efficiently uses POS system
Assist in covering breaks and other duties
Be a strong influencer able to communicate at all levels with excellent customer service skills.
Effectively prioritizes the needs of bar guests, servers and management
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team
Ability to drive the business forward while maintaining focus on standards and the overall result
